In our decisions to provide support, we partner with Community First, the Bank's employee-directed philanthropic committee, to maximize our impact on organizations throughout the community. The Bank’s volunteer policy enables our employees to spend countless hours volunteering their time within those communities. Our employees share their knowledge and expertise by providing technical assistance through leadership roles on Boards and committees. Additionally, they volunteer by participating in the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program, financial education presentations, walkathons, and more.
